BFunkyMobility wants YOU to be happy with your new walking cane. We offer a return policy that will make you happy! Shipping is fast and we will in most cases pack and ship your cane within 24 hours of purchase. We ship only USPS Priority Mail which we find to be the best in service and comes with free insurance on your package.
Shipping:
Orders are processed during our regular business hours of Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CT. Weekend orders are process the following business day. You will receive confirmation of order and tracking for your shipment once the walking cane is shipped. BFunkyMobility offers a 14 day return policy.
Simply return your walking cane for a refund within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of your cane purchase. Buyer is responsible to return the cane in its original condition with all parts, and the cane should be non-used.
